About Taylor
For the woman who is strong on the outside and ready to feel more whole on the inside.
I’m a women’s life coach, Marine veteran, mother, and graduate counseling student.
I help high-performing women reconnect with themselves, reclaim clarity, and lead their lives with more purpose, steadiness, and self-trust.
My life has included seasons of achievement, discipline, failure, change, grief, healing, leadership, and growth. And while a lot of my story may look strong from the outside, what matters most to me now is living and leading from a place that is honest, aligned, and deeply rooted. Her updated brand promise centers on reconnecting, reclaiming clarity, and leading with purpose without burnout or sacrificing identity.
My Story
I was born in London and raised in Franklin, Tennessee.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in exercise science from the University of Louisville, where I was also a three-time national champion cheerleader. Later, I coached at CrossFit Conjugate, served as a Marine officer, volunteered for IOC, and went on to serve as a logistics officer with Marine Corps Special Operations Command. I also competed in CrossFit at the regional and Games level.
I started my business in 2016, originally to help women prepare for demanding military roles. Over time, my work evolved because I evolved.
Marriage, motherhood, postpartum depression, anxiety, and my own healing journey changed the way I understood strength. They deepened me. They softened me. They made me more honest. They also made me more committed to helping women who are tired of living in survival mode and ready to become more connected, compassionate, and free.

What Matters to Me
-
Deep and meaningful connection
-
Service to others
-
Movement and growth
-
Beauty and joy
-
Freedom and grace
These are not just words I like. They are values I return to.
They shape how I live, how I lead, and how I support the women I work with.
Why I Do this Work
I know what it feels like to be capable, disciplined, and respected, while still carrying pressure, perfectionism, self-doubt, or a disconnection from yourself.
I know what it is like to perform strength.
And I know what it is like to want something deeper than just “doing well.”
That is why I care so much about helping women build emotional resilience, reconnect with who they are, and lead with authenticity and authority. Not from fear. Not from external validation. Not from a constant need to prove. But from clarity, self-trust, and alignment.
A Note on Coaching and Counseling Training
A grounded and ethical approach
I currently work as a women’s life coach, and I am also in school to become a mental health counselor.
That training deepens the way I think about emotional regulation, growth, and support. It also means I care deeply about working ethically and staying clear about scope.
My coaching is for women who want clarity, alignment, personal responsibility, and intentional growth. It is not therapy, and it is not a substitute for therapy. If you are looking for coaching, you are in the right place. If you are in crisis or need clinical care, I want you to get the right support.
“Taylor’s intimate and intentional approach to leading women led to a marked growth in my resilience, maturity, and compassion.”
